Who sells
The seller is Devyzi Internet Soluções LTDA ("Devyzi"). Contact and registration details are at the end of this page.
Miblo is an independent product, not affiliated with Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic.
Orders and prices
Prices are in Brazilian reais (BRL) and may change without notice. The price shown when you place the order is the one that applies.
An order is only confirmed once the payment is approved. We ship within Brazil; we don't ship abroad yet.
Payment
Payments are processed by Pagar.me (Pix, credit card and boleto). The Pix QR code expires in 30 minutes and the boleto is due in 3 days; after that the order is canceled at no cost.
For cards, interest-free and interest-bearing instalments are shown before you pay. Card details go straight to Pagar.me and never pass through our servers.
Delivery
Shipping is quoted by CEP with Melhor Envio's carriers. The time shown counts business days from payment confirmation.
We email the tracking code when the order ships. If delivery is late or the parcel arrives damaged, get in touch.
Right of withdrawal (7 days)
Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code (CDC), you may cancel the purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email us with the order code. We send free return instructions and refund the full amount paid, shipping included, through the same payment method.
Warranty
Miblo carries the legal 90-day warranty for durable goods (CDC article 26), counted from delivery. If the device is faulty, we repair it, replace it or refund it.
The warranty does not cover drops, liquids, unsuitable power supplies or hardware modifications.
Use of the site and software
The Miblo installer, plugin and firmware are provided for use with the device. Don't use the site for unlawful purposes or to get around the store's security.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law, with jurisdiction at the consumer's domicile.
