Community

If you create a community account we keep your email, display name, chosen avatar, country (if you give one), what you post and your likes. Signing in with GitHub or Google gives us only the verified email, the name and an account identifier. Sign-in uses a necessary session cookie, which ends when you sign out.

You can change your email or delete the account at any time in Community > Your account. Deleting removes your profile, gallery looks, likes and sessions; forum posts stay without an author (“Removed account”).

The Miblo map only receives data if the ping is switched on in the plugin: a random code replaced every month (we keep only its hash), the pet, the colour, the firmware version and the country reported by Cloudflare. No IP, name or account.

The device and plugin

Miblo and its plugin work on your local network, with no account and without sending data about your Claude Code sessions to the internet.

Data we collect when you buy

Name, email, CPF, phone, delivery address, the items ordered and the payment method. From your card we keep only the brand and last 4 digits: the full number goes straight to Pagar.me.

On the international waitlist: email, country and preferred colour. To prevent fraud and abuse we use your IP address at checkout (passed to Pagar.me and Cloudflare Turnstile) without storing it in our database.

What we use it for

To process the payment, issue the invoice, deliver the order and email you about it (performance of a contract and legal obligation, LGPD article 7, II and V), and to prevent fraud (legitimate interest, article 7, IX).

We don't sell your data or send advertising you didn't ask for. The waitlist email is only used to tell you when we ship to your country.

Who we share it with

Pagar.me (payments), Melhor Envio and the chosen carrier (delivery), Resend (order emails) and Cloudflare (hosting and database). Each receives only what its part needs.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for 5 years after the purchase, the period of tax and consumer-law obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Waitlist data is kept until you ask to leave or we start shipping to your country. The site's technical logs hold no personal data.

Cookies and storage

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps only the theme you picked and, during your visit, access to your order.

Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD (article 18) you may ask to confirm, access, correct, port or delete your data, and to know who it was shared with. Write to the contact email below; we reply within 15 days.

The data controller is Devyzi Internet Soluções LTDA. You may also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).
